Half Baked And A Little Pickled is a prepared food delivery and catering service. Since we create our meal plans and menus weekly, orders must be placed by 8 pm the day before and are delivered between 11am and 3pm. Same day delivery isn't currently offered.
As a chef, and a certified health coach owner Chef Moria Lukacs listens to your needs and understands how tricky navigating diet can be. Being at the beach should mean good health and easy living. Relax and enjoy, we will bring holistic, nutritious meals to you.
We also do catering for large and small receptions, special events and business meetings.
Owner and Chef Moria Lukacs has dedicated her life to creating delicious food and memorable experiences. She believes in sourcing ingredients within the community we serve so we can offer the best and freshest quality products. After graduating from Peter Kump's New York Cooking School, now I.C.E., Chef Moria worked in restaurants, distribution and with caterers from New York City to Florida. Over the course of her career she worked as an independent contractor chef for some of New York City's premiere caterers; running events such as Spamalot, both the RNC and DNC and guest chef at Kitchen of the Year for House Beautiful. As Half Baked and a Little Pickled begins our journey we are excited to build as many relationships as possible connecting our clients to our family of farmers.
